Hi, eBay said that I have two blocked accounts on their site and I need to go through additional verification. The only account I ever set up on eBay was about 10 years ago, but I don’t think I even bought anything.
I sent them my driver’s license and they accepted it, bank statement too, but they won’t accept proof of business activity. I’m sending them Certificate of entry in CEIDG and they don’t accept it, I get the feeling like a bot is just replying with the standard line they require this ( A copy of your business registration or other business information (Articles of Incorporation, Operating Agreement, EIN Issuance letter, etc.) I keep asking what exactly I should send them or whether I can get something from the tax office, and I get the same message.

Documentation that shows that you purchased all the items (electronics) recently listed for sale on eBay. Documentation that will help us verify your items can include either manufacture invoices or receipts. Unfortunately, we will be unable to accept photos of the items to fulfill this requirement. (NOTE: This documentation must show your suppliers' information, items purchased, quantity purchased, price per unit and your payment information.)
Even though the items I have listed are some new and most are used. And when I reply that I don’t have all the invoices, I don’t get any response, just the same standard line. I wanted to operate like this: I get an order, the next day or the same day I buy a new part, and I have an invoice for it. Does anyone know whether selling like this is allowed on eBay? Or do you have to have millions in my sales category to be any kind of competition for bigger accounts, taking risks with purchased goods and renting a warehouse. I sold three computers, two used, one new (which was stated in the listing description). I have invoices for the new parts, also a few spare invoices, but that doesn’t go through. Has anyone had a similar situation or knows how to solve it, to pass verification?
