Transaction security and buyer protection - a joke
Hello, the seller here is scamming people by selling incompatible car parts. Wanting to return the item, I closed the case in stress and haste. The seller offered a refund of around 20% of the item (that doesn't satisfy me, it's a high-value item, I'm left without the item, without money, and I also incurred the cost of shipping the item to China)
The seller maliciously asked for the item to be sent back, which was painstakingly done despite obstacles on the seller's side, who did not provide the correct postal code and phone number, making it difficult for the courier to deliver the parcel to them.
The eBay platform does nothing about it. So much for the refund guarantee and buyer protection, an unverified seller (incorrect, generic postal code and outdated phone number)
