Transaction security and buyer protection - a joke
Hello, the seller here is scamming people by selling incompatible car parts. Wanting to return the item, I closed the case in stress and haste. The seller offered a refund of around 20% of the item (that doesn't satisfy me, it's a high-value item, I'm left without the item, without money, and I also incurred the cost of shipping the item to China) The seller maliciously asked for the item to be sent back, which was painstakingly done despite obstacles on the seller's side, who did not provide the correct postal code and phone number, making it difficult for the courier to deliver the parcel to them. The eBay platform does nothing about it. So much for the refund guarantee and buyer protection, an unverified seller (incorrect, generic postal code and outdated phone number)

Seller's status exceeds/does not meet standards
Good morning, I received a message from you stating that my German seller account does not meet the minimum standards. Indeed, until February 20, my status was below standard, but since February 20, I have been meeting and exceeding the required standards. For this reason, I do not understand why I am still receiving a non-compliance message. Please check: what the exact status of my account (DE) is currently, whether the results are up to date after the February 20 update, whether the message I received is correct or sent in error. I didn’t receive the package, and after some time I asked what was going on, I got asked whether I still wanted to wait or wanted a refund. I said I’d wait, but I never got the package. I wrote that in that case I wanted a refund, and eBay said the case was closed and that I should go f… Then I tried to talk to someone, but it’s impossible—some bot or whatever keeps repeating that the case is closed. The item got lost, and I, like an idiot, paid for shipping from the States too, and I was left with my thumb up my ass. I’m done with eBay, and officially **bleep** you in the ass

Some addresses from ... Item location is some weird USA / HK (even though the seller address is China) and it doesn't ship to China HK I wrote to eBay, but today eBay support is in Radzeszów and the Radzesze people have it ... or if their rabies doesn't kill them off, they'll respond in a week or two.

Fraud by a German seller.
Hello! I need help with a case of fraud that I fell victim to. I found the product I was looking for. I agreed with the seller on the price and shipping and paid for the item from my own account to the account provided by the seller. I did not make the payment through PayPal or through eBay. The seller received the payment, which he informed me of, but so far he has not sent the item and most likely will not send it anymore because contact has been broken off. That means I write to him and he does not reply. I reported the matter to eBay, but unfortunately Ms. Kasia is washing her hands of it. The seller is from Germany, from Herne, and the only advice I got from Ms. Kasia was that I should go to the Police and report that I was cheated. Unfortunately, Herne is about 800 km away from me and it is hard for me to go there especially without knowing whether I will even be able to sort the matter out with them. The funniest thing is that the German scammer's company is on the same street as the police station. The scammer does not respond to messages or phone calls. I need help in resolving my problem and punishing the scammer. Summary: - payment for the item outside eBay, - I have proof of payment, - correspondence with the scammer, yes.
