Selling on Ebay.de while based in Poland

Hi, I was wondering if, as a private seller, it is possible to sell my collection of numismatics on Ebay.de and not Ebay.pl by simply changing the URL (seemed like it was working without any issue). I use translation for for sites anyway since there is no option to change the language to English. Would my address being in Poland restrict me from doing this or would I face any issues. I ship only to EU/UK/Canada.
